Howdy Wildmen!
This weeks Wildmen at Work is Lincoln Kohl!
Lincoln is a coach at Deerfoot Youth camp. Deerfoot is a camp for disadvantaged boys, ages 10 to 13. Through team sports, the boys are taught honor, respect, integrity, sportsmanship and discipline.
Unlike other youth camps, the boys that attend Deerfoot do not have to pay for anything out of pocket. After attending camp for four years, the boys also get financial help to attend Texas A&M.
Lincoln attended camp as a kid and he is very happy to come back and serve as a coach.

This week’s Wildmen at Work is Bryce Borders!
Bryce is spending his summer as an intern at EMA Engineering and Consulting, a mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and technology design firm based in Tyler, Texas. The company specializes in the education, healthcare, and civic industries while also providing consulting, commissioning, and sustainable construction services.
During his internship, Bryce has been working on the mechanical design for an elementary school and has had the opportunity to shadow the senior project manager for the healthcare department. He has also visited job sites and gained firsthand experience observing the design of all MEPLT systems for a new hospital currently under construction in Tyler.
Bryce’s favorite part of the internship has been getting paid to learn about an industry he finds fascinating. He enjoys seeing a side of construction that he was previously unfamiliar with while also expanding his network with fellow interns and industry professionals.

Howdy Wildmen!
While we’re sad to reach our final Fish Friday of the semester, we’re going out on a high note by highlighting Fish Hughes from Cypress, Texas!
Fish Hughes is currently taking General Studies, but plans to transfer into Psychology. He plays the tenor saxophone in the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band.
He chose Texas A&M because of its strong history of tradition and the unbreakable bond of the Aggie Network.
Fish Hughes is most looking forward to the B-Battery Banquet!
A fun fact about him is that he loves photography.
Let’s give it up for Fish Hughes!

Howdy Wildmen!
This past Saturday, B-Battery had the privilege of participating in the tradition of March to the Brazos - an 18 mile march to and from the TAMU Beef Center. There, the fish dropped first names with their sophomores and were able to earn their outfit shirts.
We are extremely proud of all of the hard work and dedication that they’ve poured into this year. Moving forward, our Wildmen will begin getting ready to assume their new roles and responsibilities!
Give it up for our Wildmen!
