My name is London Howell and I am the owner and sole stylist of Salon Victoria established in 2013. I received my training from Toni & Guy and am a specialist in cut and color. I have perfected the art of hand painted balayage highlights. I am passionate about providing my clients

Taking this MicroLines wasn’t just about adding another service to the salon— it was about learning how to truly help and solve a problem for women who are silently struggling with hair loss, thinning, and the loss of confidence that can come with it.
Hair is so much more than “just hair.” It’s identity. Femininity. Confidence. And I’ve seen firsthand how deeply it can affect the way a woman feels about herself.
I want my salon to be more than beautiful color and extensions. I want it to be a safe place where women feel seen, understood, and restored — not just physically, but emotionally too.
Learning true hair loss solutions that can genuinely change someone’s everyday life is something I’m incredibly passionate about, and I’m so excited to bring this into the salon. ✨
