⭐️ NEW POLICY ⭐️
Starting 8/7/24

We have a ZERO tolerance for NO SHOW/NO CALL clients. If you NO SHOW your appointment without any contact with your stylist BEFORE your appointment time, we will not be allowing you to schedule in the future unless you pay IN FULL for your prior appointment that was missed as well as your future one at time of booking.

We have a grace period of 10 minutes after your appointment time, unless you and your stylist have talked and we know you are running behind. If for some reason we are running behind, we will always try to let you know so you’re not sitting and waiting for a certain period of time. After 10 minutes (unless we have talked already), your appointment will be canceled and will count as a no show.

If you need to reschedule please try to let your stylist know ATLEAST 24 hours ahead of time. We do know this can’t always be the case due to sickness, children, or other things life can throw our way. We are human, and we completely understand things can happen last minute. You just have to let us know.
