The standard formula for adequate daily protein is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight (or 0.36 grams per pound). For a 150-lb (68 kg) sedentary adult, this is roughly 54 grams daily. Active individuals, older adults, or those building muscle may need 1.2–2.2 grams per kilogram.

Not health related but Memphis related. We are Grizzlies fans. I know we’ve had a horrible season and have had to say goodbye to some good players. It’s been rough. I still have hope for better seasons and a strong team. Although we lost, we managed to hit a franchise record.
