Please have patience with us....please pray for us....there are appointments that were scheduled the week after we were told by the state we had to shut our doors down until further notice!! Those clients have first priority for an appointment. There are rules and regulations WE MUST FOLLOW!!! There are rules you the client MUST FOLLOW! If we do not follow the rules, the state WILL SHUT US DOWN!

❗️Reopening Update❗️

Salons have been given the go to reopen beginning May 11th. Cuttin Loose will reopen for business on the 12th of May. Though we have been given the okay to reopen, there are very strict guidelines from the board of cosmetology and the governor we as licensed cosmetologist must follow in order to operate in a safe environment! Adjusting to this new norm will be very hard for us and it will be an adjustment to you, the client, as well!!

First of all, Cuttin Loose will be operating by APPOINTMENT ONLY! We are only allowed to operate as a 1:1 ratio. Which means, we are only allowed to have one client at a time in our styling chair. This will be very challenging for us because we normally operate as a appointment/walk in salon. Those of you whom have already gotten with me or who was already scheduled during the weeks we were out, I will be getting with you by Monday for your appointment time! If you would like to schedule an appointment, please go ahead and make that appointment. Appointment books are already filing up.

Secondly, only one client per stylist is allowed during operating hours! No visitors are allowed at appointments. If your child has an appointment, one parent may attend the appointment with the child. There will not be a waiting area available.

When you the client arrives for your appointment, please call the salon 601-765-8466 and your stylist will come to get you. All clients must be screened before entering the salon. This includes asking whether the client has any symptoms of Covid-19 or if the client has come in contact with a person who in fact has tested positive for Covid-19. This also allows us to properly sanitize and disinfect for the next client.

All clients must wear a mask upon entering the salon! The mask must be worn while inside the salon at all times. Upon entering the salon, the client will be required to properly wash hands with soap and water. Hand sanitizer will be provided for you during your visit!

Please....please....we ask that you use common sense when attending your appointment! If you have been sick or have been around someone who has been sick, please reschedule your appointment. We have loved ones at home we do not want to bring sickness too. The governor amended the order and we are finally able to open our doors to service! In order for us to continue to serve you, we have to stay well and healthy. We want the same for you! There are very strict guidelines we have to follow to service you!

We are so happy to be able to be with you and be of service to you again! We have missed you dearly. This will be an adjustment for all of us. Please have patience with us. Can’t wait to see you❤️

Due to the signing of the “shelter in place” order by the governor. Cuttin Loose will be closing the doors at 5 pm Friday, April 3rd until further notice.

We will be keeping all appointments for Thursday and Friday ONLY this week. There are very limited appointments available before the end of day Friday. If you would like an appointment, please CALL THE SALON tomorrow to get on the book.

We knew this was coming, but our hearts are still hurting because our clients are our family! We did what we said we would do and that is being there for our clients until we were told we couldn’t! Please keep yourself and your family safe! We are and will continue to pray for each of you. We ask that you pray not only for us, but also other salons in our area. This is not an easy thing to do for any of us! We will post and contact you when we will be able to return to the salon.

The past couple of weeks has changed every person’s life. It has definitely changed the way we as cosmetology can do things. We didn’t know what to expect nor what to do with the media buzz. With that being said, we have a general idea of how we can operate as a salon. (please keep in mind that can change any day or at any time)

The Board of Cosmetology will allow us to stay open as long as there is a minimum of 10 people in an area. Until we are told differently, we have decided to work by appointment only. The salon will be open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of this week. The salon will be closed on Tuesdays until further notice.

We ask that you come alone to your appointment as we have previously asked. We are not booking appointments too far in advance to ensure safety. If you are sick or have traveled, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment. We are doing our very best with keeping the salon sanitized before, during, and after each client. This is why we ask that you please wait in your vehicle until your appointment time. You may call or text us to let us know you have arrived and we will let you know when it is safe to come it.

Thank you to each of you for your loyalty and cooperation during this time! Operating like this has been different for us and we are ready to get things back to normal. We can assure you that when we come back full time, we are coming back stronger!! We are praying for you and we ask that you please pray for us.
