I roughly chopped sage leaf + flower, thyme, lavender, left over lime peels and covered with white distilled vinegar + water. I’ll let it sit for a couple weeks or whenever I remember to strain it into a spray bottle. Stay tuned…

June is Elderflower month! These magnificent bushes started as hardwood cuttings from 3 years ago and now they’re over 6 ft tall.

I’m resisting the urge to pick most of the flowers so that I have more elderberries come in but I’ll be putting the flowers in tea blends and maybe a syrup or oxymel. has a yummy elderflower drink coming out soon! 😋

Elderflower is excellent for immune support working as a decongestant and fever reducer. It is anti-inflammatory, high in antioxidants and vitamin c to reduce oxidative stress, inflammation and improve skin health.

The strawberry festival was a total hit! 🍓 It’s great to be back at the market!
