Mindy and Riv will be representing Solace at the open house for Collinsville’s Unity Spiritual Center.
The open house is noon to 4. You can sample local food, shop local vendors including us (!), and they have mini-workshops to participate in while you are there. We hope to see you at Solace or at the event!

Solace is adopting three local children (siblings) for a school supply drive. The situation has been vetted and the supplies are desperately needed. We want to do a Solace Community Project and have everyone come together to help!

The lists for each child are below. If you can drop a donation off in our drop box (located in side A with nails and facials), you will receive a free red light session or yoga class. Gently used clothing or supplies are gratefully welcomed.

If you can help, please comment below with the item you can bring and which service you would like receive. After you drop-off, text or call 618-741-7998 to confirm drop-off and schedule your red light or get the code for your free yoga class. Any supplies duplicated by accident will donated to the Collinsville school district through Sara Soehlke.

Qigong on Mondays is always an adventure!

We learned new techniques, energized chi, awakened meridians, and, as always, thoroughly enjoyed Nancy’s teaching style.
Catherine, our Tuesday receptionist, borrowed one of our courtesy umbrellas after class and looked adorable so we wanted to share!

Nancy’s schedule of classes is below. If Monday night at Solace is not convenient, you can find her throughout the local area at other places. We are joining Nancy on Sunday, August 2nd at the Unity Spiritual Center in Collinsville for an open house with many local holistic vendors and practitioners.
