If you’ve ever wondered how Hope + Olive Esthetics became what it is today, a big part of the answer is standing right beside me. Derek has been the quiet strength behind every dream, every leap of faith, and every long day. He’s never asked for recognition, but he deserves every bit of it.

As we close this chapter at Fort Lee (don’t worry I am not leaving!) my heart is full of gratitude—for his service to our country, for his unwavering love for our family, and for believing in me even when I questioned myself.
