As Phase 2 seems to be approaching, we are happy to let you know that we have been diligently working to ensure that our salon meets the Government-issued sanitary regulations. We ask for your patience during this time as we welcome you back to our chairs!

Our salon will no longer have a waiting area due to 6’ social distancing. Coffee, tea, water and magazines will no longer be available, and outside food and beverages will not be permitted. The front desk will be used as a sanitation station, so all transactions will be made at stylist’s individual station.

We will be taking each client’s temperature and a very quick survey before being allowed to enter. Please be informed that in the event you have a temperature, have been in close contact with anyone ill, have been ill within two weeks prior, you will be asked to kindly reschedule your appointment for two weeks later. If you need to cancel your appointment due to these reasons, please let us know and we hope for your quick recovery!

Masks have been made an Executive Order and will be required upon entering. They will be required to be kept correctly in place for the duration of your appointment. We are aware that this has posed issues for some, but there will be no exceptions. Please keep in mind, we are now learning to cut around them and will be wearing one for 8-10 hours straight.

Due to regulations, one client per stylist is allowed in the salon at any given time. Please stay in your car and text your stylist when you arrive and she will let you in once her chair has been properly sanitized for 15 minutes. Please be prompt and understand that we are all working on limited schedules and are trying to accommodate three months of missed appointments. Please be patient as we are trying to accommodate clients in order of which had the longest wait.

To our dear clients, Cleopatra's is closed due to the New York State mandatory closing of all salons. While we will miss you very much during this time we also are doing our part to help everyone stay safe and healthy during these trying times.
