Weâre excited to bring back our lymphatic flow session!
A 40 minute lymphatic flow session is designed to support the bodyâs natural drainage pathways while calming the nervous system at the same time. Using slow, rhythmic techniques, specialized oils, and supportive tools, we encourage movement through the lymphatic system- helping the body clear stagnation, reduce puffiness, and create space for circulation to return.
Warm botanical oils are layered into the tissue with intentional, directional strokes that follow the bodyâs natural flow patterns. Special sculpting tools are then used strategically to assist movement through areas that commonly hold congestionâŚwhile also helping soften fascial restriction and invite deeper fluid exchange.
This is not aggressive work.
The lymphatic system responds best to consistency, rhythm, and safety.

⨠The diaphragm holds more than breath.
It holds protection patterns, survival responses, unspoken emotion, and years of tension stored deep within the body.
In visceral massage, one of the most profound areas we work with is the diaphragm⌠the central bridge between the heart and the gut. When this tissue becomes restricted, it can affect breathing patterns, posture, digestion, rib mobility, nervous system regulation, and emotional processing.
The fascia surrounding the diaphragm is deeply interconnected with the organs, psoas, ribs, vagus nerve, and thoracic spine. When the body experiences stress, grief, trauma, chronic tension, or emotional suppression, the diaphragm often responds by tightening and guarding.
Many people donât realize theyâve been âholding their breathâ emotionally for years.
Through gentle visceral manipulation and fascial release, the body can begin to soften these restrictions. As the diaphragm regains mobility, clients often experience:
⢠deeper breathing
⢠emotional release
⢠reduced anxiety patterns
⢠improved digestion
⢠less tension through the neck, shoulders, and low back
⢠a greater sense of groundedness and safety in the body
The body remembers what the mind tries to move past.
Sometimes healing begins with creating enough safety for the breath to fully return đ¨
Offering 30 minute visceral sessions again!

Outside, the world feels hushedâwrapped in a soft gray veil. Rain drifts down in a steady, whispering rhythm, tapping gently against windows and soaking into the earth. The fog lingers low and close, blurring edges, quieting everything it touches. Trees stand like silhouettes, and the air carries that deep, damp stillness that only a rainy day can hold.
But in here⌠itâs a different world entirely.
The room glows with warmth, a soft amber and red light that feels like a gentle exhale. The massage table waits at the center, layered in rich texturesâŚearthy tones, soft fabrics, a place that feels less like furniture and more like an invitation. The blanket holds heat like it remembers every body thatâs ever melted into it. Everything about it says:
you can let go now.
Thereâs a quiet hum of calm in the space. The kind that wraps around your shoulders before you even lie down. The plants, the wood, the subtle scent of oilsâŚit all feels grounded, steady, safe. Outside may be cool and misty, but in here, time slows and the body softens.
You step in from the rain, maybe still carrying a chill in your skin⌠and within moments, it fades. The warmth seeps in. Muscles loosen. Breath deepens.
The storm stays outside.
And here, on this table, you are held-completely, gently, and without rush.

Somewhere along the way, this became an either/or conversation.
Nervous system work or therapeutic bodywork.
Gentle or effective.
Slow or specific.
But the body doesnât work in extremes like that.
Your nervous system is always shaping how your body receives the workâŚ
how much it allows, how much it resists, how long it holds the change.
And skilled, therapeutic touch is what gives the body something to organize around.
You need both.
Because depth without safety gets blocked.
But safety without intention doesnât always create change.
Thereâs a way these meet.
Where precise, targeted work goes right to the source-
but itâs delivered in a way your system can actually stay with.
No bracing.
No pushing past the point of trust.
Just enough intensity to create a clear signalâŚ
with enough safety for your body to respond instead of defend.
Thatâs where things start to stick.
Where tension doesnât just temporarily disappearâŚ
it actually reorganizes.
Where the nervous system stays on board with the change
instead of pulling you back to whatâs familiar.
This isnât about choosing one approach over the other.
Itâs about understanding that the body needs both:
a reason to changeâŚ
and the capacity to allow it.
Go get those July sessions booked â¨

Thereâs a line in this workâŚ
and if we cross it, your nervous system shuts the door.
Guarding.
Bracing.
Protecting.
Thatâs not release. Thatâs resistance.
So instead, we work the edge.
The space where sensation is clearâŚ
but your body still feels safe enough to stay.
That borderline discomfortâŚ
the slow pull of myofascial cupping.
where your breath catches for a second⌠then drops.
Thatâs the moment.
Because fascia doesnât respond to force.
It responds to permission.
And your nervous system is the one giving it.
So when we stay just inside that lineâŚ
not pain, not numbing, not overwhelming-your body stops fighting
and starts unwinding.
This isnât about pushing through.
Itâs about creating a space your body is willing to open in.
