I’ve been a little too busy behind the scenes and apparently forgot that social media is a thing. 😂

So, here’s a little reintroduction.

I’m Heather - the friendly face under the messy bun and voice on the phone at Artiva. A little about me:

☎️ I’m usually the one answering all of your nail questions, helping you figure out which service is right for you, and happily making recommendations when we’re not able to accommodate what you’re looking for, because sometimes the best service we can provide is helping you find the right person for your needs. ✨

I’m also Gen X, which means I’m old enough to remember life before Google, raised on “figure it out yourself,” and still occasionally wonder why everyone needs an app for everything. This also explains the reason the AC runs on high so bring a sweater to your appointment! 😝

When I’m not at the salon, you’ll probably find me somewhere in nature, soaking up the quiet and recharging. 🌿🏔️
