I spent approximately 8 YEARS saying I would never use soft wax… and now look at me. 😭😂
Turns out I was just being stubborn because I’ve been LOVING it for underarms, faces, backs, legs, Brazilians… basically everywhere I’ve started incorporating it.
This was my friend’s first underarm wax, so naturally there was commentary. A lot of commentary. 😂
Sound on for the chaos.
And yes, I fear soft wax has officially converted me. 👀😳 BUT don’t worry. I will forever have hard wax to use too. And if you’d prefer to not have soft wax used I’ll never force you to!

This set tested meeee. 😭
I went into it excited to finally do a color combo I’d been wanting to try… and then basically every possible issue decided to show up at once 😑
Definitely not the smoothest appointment I’ve had, but we worked through it — and I’m SO happy with where we ended up.
The blue and black looked gorgeous together, the finished set was absolutely worth the headache, and most importantly, she loved them. 🤍💙
Not every set is going to go perfectly, and honestly, the frustrating ones probably teach me the most. Another challenge conquered and another set in the books. 😌✨

Another hybrid set today 🤍
Not perfect yet, but I’m actually really proud of this one because I finished in about 3 hours of actual lash time.
My other full sets have been 4 hours, so cutting almost an entire hour off already feels like a huge win. 😭
Still learning, still getting faster, still figuring out what works best for me — but I can definitely see the progress.

Owning a business is basically just continuously ordering things and then getting excited when they arrive like I wasn’t the one who bought them. 😂
Some orders are necessities, some are upgrades, and some are very much a “this will make my life easier” purchase that I convinced myself was essential. 😌
Either way, opening packages at the suite will never not give me a tiny serotonin boost.

“Shamelessly Smooth & Lashed” is officially complete, the photos are up, and the whole space finally feels like me.
I love that it shows a little bit of everything — waxing, lashes, personality, and the brand I’ve spent years building.
The suite is still coming together piece by piece, but this corner? She’s done. And she’s gorgeous. 😭🤍

Two-week fill on Mom today 🤍
She came back with really solid retention, which always makes me happy to see. There were definitely a few overgrown and wonky lashes ready to come off, but that’s exactly what fills are for — removing what’s grown out, cleaning everything up, and getting the set looking fresh and even again.

My boss really has me out here doing man sh*t. 😭
Installing cameras, moving furniture, fixing things, assembling things… apparently owning the business means becoming whatever employee is needed that day. 😂
And of course I couldn’t even finish one task without getting distracted and straightening the decor on the wall.
