If sunshine had a scent, it would be lemon balm. This cheerful member of the mint family has been lifting spirits and calming nerves since the Middle Ages when monks grew it in monastery gardens to soothe anxiety and maybe gossip a little less. (Results may vary.😉)

FULL CIRCLE MOMENT 🍃
After more than 30 years of studying herbs on my own and 20 years of dreaming about going to herbal school, I finally took the plunge! I’m officially enrolled and beginning a new chapter in my herbal journey.
My love for plants and natural healing began decades ago, inspired by a little shop in Irving, TX called Years to Your Health. I spent countless hours wandering the aisles, learning from the shelves and the wonderful people who worked there. That store was my gateway to the herbal world.
Sadly, after almost 40 years in business, Years to Your Health is closing its doors. While I’m heartbroken to see it go, it feels fitting that as one chapter ends, another begins.
Here’s to honoring the roots of where we started and to growing into the future. 🌿
