Did you know that your hair can also be affected by the sun and hot weather?
Hair relies on moisture to stay healthy, just like the rest of our body. When we’re dehydrated, our hair can suffer. Things like shampooing too often, harsh products or overuse of hair oil can add to the dryness
So how do we combat it?
First things first, be sure to stay hydrated! When our bodies are healthy, our hair is too. When it comes to hair routines, try washing your hair only 2-3 days a week, using conditioner every time
Use a deep conditioner or hair mask 2-3 times a month to add more moisture to hair that feels extra dry
For coarse or textured hair, leave-in conditioners add amazing hydrating benefits throughout the week
