Something Special Bath Bombs

Some Christmas orders. The pink and beige and cream and beige are scented with lilac and wisteria. The pink and taupe are scented with black satin essential oil. They are all the oatmeal,milk and butter spa bombs. I used different milks and clays for the different colors.

My son wanted a plain bath bomb scented with lime essential oil and made with a lot of salt. I refuse to make a plain looking bomb so not only did I put the crushed Rio salt in the mix but I swirled it through the bath bomb

Northern woods scented spa bombs without sparkles for the same guy. Skin nurturing ingredients include Moroccan rhassoul clay, Dead Sea mud, coconut milk, Hawaiian black lava salt, vitamin C, yogurt powder, almond oil, honey powder, colloidal oat flour, and lemon peel powder.

Another order for teakwood scented spa bombs without sparkles. Nurturing ingredients include green tea, goku kola powder, vitamin E oil, spirulina powder, kaolin clay, aloe vera, french green clay, Dead Sea mud, vitamin C, colloidal oat flour, and calcium bentonite clay

Himalayan scented spa bombs. Nurturing ingredients include coconut milk, colloidal oat flour, ultimate butter, aloe vera, Dead Sea mud, french pink clay, yogurt powder, crushed rio salt, and vitamin C. I didn’t add any sparkle them because they are for an order for a guy who doesn’t want glitter in his spa bombs. I did make one for myself that I did put some sparkle in. Can you tell which one it is?

Matcha tea spa bombs scented with cool citrus and herb essential oil. If I am going to paint on my bombs I need a smaller brush. The mix was drying out when I made the bowls so the edges are not clean and crumpled some. They have melted cupuacu butter and chunky Rio salt in the bowl that I decorated with eco friendly glitter and mica. I made some of the spheres with the glitter and mica and some without. The nurturing ingredients are matcha tea, vitamin C, honey powder, crushed Rio salt, ultimate butter (shea, mango, and cocoa butter), colloidal oat flour, kaolin clay, coconut milk, h**p seed oil, and yogurt powder. The mix was so silky. I cannot wait to try one. The tea contains caffeine so I am curious as to the effect it will have on caffeine sensitive people. The ratio is not very high so I am guessing it will not be affected but I am not a scientist so it would be very hard to tell.

Same matcha tea recipe that I posted earlier but I colored one batch with a little gold mica and I put some sparkle in them. I used the last of my Dawn New Zealand Spring essential oil in this batch. I am sad it is no longer available.

This is a new recipe using matcha tea. This one is for a male who doesn’t want sparkle in his spa bomb. I am going to make a batch with sparkles but not the chunky glitter. If the mix is any indication of how silky my skin is going to feel after a bath, I can’t wait to try it.

I bought a couple of new ingredients that will be a more energizing spa bomb that I cannot wait to make and try! All organic ingredients. I am excited to see how they turn out.

I am happy to say that the wisteria and lilac spa bombs were not too heavy to float as I thought they might be. They were very active, smelled amazing, and left my skin feeling so soft.
