So scalp care will look like the proper exfoliation and cleansing of your hair in a frequency that's appropriate for you. It's often two times a week that we recommend as a minimum. Brushing our hair for scalp health can be really beneficial with the right hair type, it will help with circulation at the scalp, it will help with exfoliation and can be a really fantastic relaxation

For defined curls in Colorado, add products to wet hair while still in the shower before drying. Removing too much water during styling, in our dry climate, can lead to frizzy hair.

If your shampoo, if your styling products are struggling, and you are living in Colorado and dealing with hard water, this is our Innersense Detox Hair Mask. And this is our pre shampoo treatment. This is a really good one for her to absorb that excess oil, remove hard water minerals from her hair, but do so very gently. We recommend this detox mask at least once a month.

Short fine hair needs a different diffusing method. We want to pump diffuse. Fine hair dries so fast. If you hold the diffuser in place, it'll unintentionally dry dents into the hair. Moving the diffuser rapidly encourages curl formation without setting those dents into your curl set.
