Why I started offering sound baths 🤍
As a massage therapist, so much of my work is centered around creating a calm, supportive environment where people can begin to soften.
Not just physically, but mentally too.
I see it all the time in my massage room: the tight shoulders, the clenched jaw, the shallow breathing, the nervous system that has been running on high alert for way too long.
Massage gives the body a chance to unwind through touch.
Sound offers a different doorway into that same kind of rest.
That’s a big part of why I started offering sound baths. It felt like a natural extension of the work I already do. Another way to create a grounded space where people can pause, breathe, and let their body settle.
And no, you do not have to know how to meditate.
You do not have to be “good at relaxing.”
You do not have to be deeply spiritual to receive from it.
At the same time, sound can be a really meaningful experience. For some people, it feels meditative. For some, it feels emotional. For some, it simply feels like the first time they have been able to fully rest in a while.
All of that is welcome.
This Saturday, I’ll be facilitating a Mother’s Day Weekend Floating Sound Bath at Little Fins Swim School.
You can float in the warm pool using a floating hammock, or stay dry and cozy on an air mattress. I’ll be using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and calming sounds to create a peaceful space for rest, reflection, and nervous system support.
Mother’s Day can carry so much. Love, gratitude, grief, exhaustion, pressure, tenderness, all of it.
This experience is meant to be a soft place to land.
Whether you come with your mom, gift it to someone you love, or come for yourself, you are welcome exactly as you are.

You're Invited to our Spring Emergence Floating Sound Bath
March 28 | Colorado Springs
Being immersed in live sound frequencies is so good for supporting deep rest and nervous system regulation.
The water helps the body to fully relax while the sound carries through the entire space in a really unique way. You are fully immersed in a "sound bubble" that blocks other outside noises and is very grounding, and energetically calibrating.
This particular session will be centered around transitioning into spring. Creating space for the body to soften tension from winter, reset the nervous system, and move into the next season with a little more clarity and ease.
No prior sound bath experience needed.

Pressure from the outside world gets loud and we start to carry that tension in our bodies. It can feel overstimulating and even emotionally heavy.
Sometimes just a few moments of sound is enough to quiet the noise and soften your nervous system.
Save this for when:
You've been in go-mode all day
You feel disconnected from your body
You don't have time for a full reset but need something.
You can rest and still feel tired, that's because in our current world our bodies need so much more to function at our best.
Your energy doesn’t just come from sleep it starts at the cellular level.
We are depleted daily... by stress, screen time, poor circulation, and jobs that don't allow us to see the sun.
You can support your body by staying hydrated with proper electrolytes, being well rested, limiting screen time, getting daily movement, going outside.
But when we are tired and over it its easy to say "I'll start tomorrow"
And the cycle continues...
So what can you do right now?
👉Book a massage, in advance! And include Infrared light!
You're not just loosening your muscles and feeling warm, it’s about helping your whole system reset.
☀️ You give your energy away all week! This is how you can refill those reserves, boost your cells, increase immunity, help your muscles recieve the oxygen they need to heal and so much more!
You deserve it! 💛
I am using about a Level 5 or 6 pressure here. BUT, with the added movement, this may feel like Level 8 or 9 pressure. It depends on if your muscles are really sensitive and how deep the trigger points go.
Could you use this work on your shoulder?
- Opening the shoulder
- Releasing parts of the upper back
- Around the shoulder blade
- Integrating Breathing with Movement to optimize results and ease the release

There are so many muscles in our forearms responsible for our daily tasks.
This tension can be a distraction and limit our productivity in action. Take care of your body consistently so you can be more productive and feel better through it.
Don't let it build up and get so bad you are in pain.
I'm here for you!
My office is located in Colorado Springs, CO. I look forward to helping every person I can.

Getting monthly bodywork is better than once every 3-6 months because it allows for more consistent care and maintenance of your body. Regular sessions help to address any muscular tension or imbalances before they become more severe. It also provides ongoing relaxation and stress relief, promoting overall well-being. Think of it like giving your body a regular tune-up!
