Day 2 wrap up! These ladies did AMAZING!! Poor bad guy didn’t stand a chance. 🤣 Seriously so darn proud of these women for the courage to step on the mats and even more proud at how they performed. My heart is so full! Special thank you to for allowing these ladies to beat him up 😂 and to @ for being there to help today! We make a great team! Also thank you to my friend Anke for making us some neat brochures and forcing her friends to come. 😂

Awesome first day of the workshop! I didn’t get many pics but tomorrow for Day 2 we will make up for it. These ladies did AMAZING today! We had one that was in her 60’s and she was right in there getting it done. 😍 Excited for tomorrow! 💜
