Cleansing-
Cleansing your skin daily is a must! This helps remove dirt and debris that has built up throughout your day. Cleansers also work in tandem with our skins natural pH level and help it stay balanced. A double cleanse in the evening is recommended. As we go through our day, our pores can collect a numerous amount of bacteria, debris, dirt, and many other environmental factors can impact the cleanliness of your skin. 🤍

What’s one of the most effective facial product?
Serum!
Serum has been proven to have one of the highest efficacies on our skin in comparison to cleansers, masques, toners, and much more! Incorporating serums into your daily routine can help your skin health, and help you reach your skin goals! 👏🏻

Exfoliation -
Exfoliation is key! Depending on your skin type, you may need to opt for a light exfoliator to gently remove dead skin cells (keratinocytes), any left over debris after cleansing, and help reveal that natural glow! Mechanical and Chemical exfoliation does wonders for your skin. Mechanical exfoliation can be done with your hands, a facial brush, or even using a facial towel. Chemical exfoliation is use of AHA’s and BHA’s. These can be found in your cleansers, masques, or even serums. These should be used roughly two-three times a week depending on your skin type and its resiliency. Professional chemical exfoliation (chemical peels) can be done once a month, if it’s a light peel, or once every 6-8 weeks for other targeted treatments.
