After taking a short break to slow down, care for myself, and refill my own cup, I’m back.

Today I’m preparing my stones for a Shamanic Crystal Healing session, and it feels so good to reconnect with this work.

There’s something sacred about choosing each crystal intuitively, listening to what wants to come forward, and creating a space for healing, clearing, and coming back into alignment.

Sometimes even healers need time to retreat, reset, and receive.

I’m grateful to be stepping back into this part of myself and opening the space for sessions again.
