This has been such a bittersweet week as we celebrate the retirement of my wonderful colleague and dear friend, Tiffany. For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside her, and in that time she has been nothing short of amazing.

She brought wisdom, kindness, and laughter to our workplace every single day, making even the toughest challenges feel lighter. More than her incredible work, it’s the way she cared for the people around her that left the greatest impact. Her sweet clients are a direct testament of that.

While I’m sad to see her close this chapter, I’m so excited for the adventures and joys that lie ahead. She has more than earned this next season, and I know she’ll continue to shine wherever life takes her.

She was there from the start of my career always being my biggest cheerleader and now I get to cheer her on at the end of hers 😭

Congratulations, Tiff- thank you for everything. You will be deeply missed. 💙✨
