I shudder to put these photos on FB. Ugggh. I did not like the way I looked and I felt trapped in an older, heavy body. By the way, I was having rare apneic episodes with oxygenation down to 80% at night and HR down to 40. The heart rate wasn't so bad but with the decreased oxygenation, it was concerning. I bought a watch to keep track. I haven't had any problems since February. I started the drops in January. The pics below show a vacation in 2022. I was doing Paleo then and things were a little better but it was so hard. The bathing suit picture was in the same week as the orange active top and black shorts. That's what would happen to me if I went off diet and didn't do strict exercise. I couldn't eat any sugar, no alcohol, no bread, pretty much no anything. If I did, I blew up. The next pic is from 2023. The matronly body. yecch. Even my skinny face got round. I didn't weight myself, probably pushing 140 lbs. After two months on Skinny Drops, the flowered dress is 130 lbs. in March and the ruffled jumpsuit is 127 lbs. at the end of April. It works.

Many of you know that I take a lot (a.l.o.t) of vitamins and have for about 25 years. There was a time that I could skip vitamins for five days before I felt like ,"oh, you should take your vitamins." That decreased to two days and lately it's been, "you better take your vitamins today and not skip!" and I've felt like I needed even more.

I am now on week 8 of the body balancing drops. You may not be able to see the difference but here's my story. When I turned 59, my body added 20 lbs. For the last four years, I've been trying to get it off. Paleo helped some.
