TO MY VALUED GUESTS,

As most of you may know by now I will be starting my new schedule and will only be operating for two weeks every 5-6 weeks. I will begin my new journey living in the beautiful state of Colorado! I know most of you knew this day would come and here it is! I’ve decided to transition into doing a two week work schedule that will still allow me to manage my business and clientele! I will always be back in WA because my whole family is here and I have built solid friendships with you all throughout the years- most of you have been with me for 8+ years and you have been with me through A WHOLE LOT of life. Even if any of you decide to part ways with me as your stylist; know that I will forever be grateful for each and every one of you. I am so blessed to be able to fulfill a lifestyle like this and I am overwhelmed with joy to know that I have the best support system to come along this new journey with me!

With all that being said, you may all still schedule your appointments with me through vagaro.com/rainandco or you may personally contact me and I will be able to schedule appointments for you. It will be best to always pre-book with me upon checkout after each appointment that way you have your spot reserved for the next time I am operating. I will provide my calendar for the next 10 months (note that some changes may occur within scheduling, but I will always keep you all updated if changes are to be made.)

Just some slight work from the last few weeks! Thankful for all my clients who waited patiently for me to get my hands in their hair again after being shut down for nearly 3 months— thanks to COVID 😑. Nonetheless I am forever grateful for all my loyal clients. You all make my job so fun and you all fill my life with joy when I see how lifted and happy you all look when you leave my chair. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart! 💙

Dear valued clients,

We are excited to announce that King County has moved to phase 1.5 which means effective immediately, we are able to re-open!

If you have an appointment already scheduled we look forward to seeing you soon!
If you need to schedule please contact your stylist directly, or visit Vagaro.com/rainandco, and you can request your next visit.

Please note: There will be new policies and procedures that need to be followed when you arrive for your appointment, and while we are very excited to get back to work we will need to ask for your co-operation for the mandatory protection and safety of us all. Here are a few of the things to expect:

* Please arrive to your appointment wearing a face mask. Since this must be worn at all times; it may get stained from any hair color service

* Only clients with appointments are permitted to come into the salon. No guests.

*If you are feeling unwell, have a temperature, or cough you will need to reschedule and not arrive for your service.

*Ammenities will need to be removed such as magazines, coffee/tea

*Your appontment may take more time than normal as there has been a longer time since we last saw you. As your stylist may need to provide an additional service and product, this may require a slight increase in cost.

*We will ask that you place all belongings in a bag which we will provide, and we ask that you do not have your phone out during your appointment.

*Your stylist will also be wearing a mask. All staff will be implementing new sanitation procedures to clean all areas before and after appointments.

Please know we value your continued support and loyalty, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this trying time.

UPDATE COVID-19

To all my valued guests,

It has been brought to my attention that Governer Inslee has placed a “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order. (March. 23)— “Non- essential businesses that can’t operate by telecommuting must close within 48 hours”

What that means for my business;
Since beauty salons are considered non-essential I am unfortunately having to close my doors for a longer period of time. The soonest I am able to operate and see all of your beautiful faces is in 2 weeks from now (April 8th-or possibly until we are told we can open & operate again)

April 1-7 I have some of you scheduled for appointments during this time; if you wish to reschedule do so ASAP as I know my books will be filling up very quickly once this order lifts or you can hold off on rescheduling until we know for certain when we are able to have our “normal” lives back. I will NOT be able to do house calls because I believe during this time it is not safe and I want all my guests to be safe and healthy. I will see you all again and I can’t wait for that day! Please take care, stay home, and stay healthy.

Mandatory Closure ~ -

To all my valued guests,

At this point you may have heard all salons are included in the businesses required to close effective as of today (March 16th) for a minimum of two weeks (March 31st). I am contacting you today because you are one of the many scheduled for an appointment during these next couple weeks. I am all for maintaining a safe and clean environment for all guests; as well as my coworkers. At this trying time it is hard for me to promise that as you may all know I see a lot of guests back to back in a days worth. My plan is to be in contact with you the second we get the green light to reopen and operate. You are more than welcome to reschedule in April if you’re comfortable with that option. I am so sorry for any inconvenience this all may have caused. During this time I believe we need to stay focused on staying healthy and doing our part so life can go back to normal! I appreciate all of my guests and I thank you for understanding. I will be in communication with you all soon. In the meantime take care of yourselves and your families. I will see you all soon.
