Fitness is more than just appropriate physical exercise...
Protect your mental health... it affects every aspect of your life, and all aspects of your health... your body, mind, soul, and spirit.
"I don't need you to 'FEEL' anything to do great things."
I LOVE this line from The Chosen season 3, episode 2, by the Jesus character speaking to the Nathaniel character.
POINT: If you wait till you "feel" like doing something that will make a difference in your life, you'll probably never do it! Just decide to do it. Whether it's moving forward with eating healthier/cleaner, or setting your alarm one hour earlier in the morning, going to bed one hour earlier at night, overcome intimidation to resistance training, signing up for a college class, taking voice lessons, starting to walk around the block first thing in the morning and after supper . . . and the list goes on!!
It's a NEW YEAR, and can be a NEW START in just ONE aspect of your life! If you want some area of your life to change, but you don't change what you are doing, you will experience NO change in that area!
Join me . . . pick that ONE thing this month to change! The SMALLER the change you make, the BETTER chance you have that you will stick to it! Then . . . it will snowball in great ways!
Let's go and make 2023 a year of phenomenal growth!!! π€π€

Good posture has great benefits! Stay conscious of your posture throughout your day and reap the benefits! I have to keep aware of this too. π

Don't forget to make veggies at least 1/4 of your daily food choices! And between fruits & veggies, the veggies should be more abundant (according to USDA)! Fresh and raw, lightly steamed, or lightly roasted... mmm, mmmm, good for us!! π€π€ π
