My journey with Human Kinetics started in 1990 when they invited me to write a book about PNF Stretching.

They published "Facilitated Stretching" in 1993 and never looked back. Now, with over 200,000 copies sold in English, and untold numbers in 6 other languages, Facilitated Stretching has become the go-to resource for anyone wanting to learn more about PNF stretching and strengthening.

I'm thrilled to announce a new edition of Facilitated Stretching is in the works!! Time to get busy.
