Beyond Therapeutics

As many of you know, I’ve been working on my doctorate in physical therapy.

Well… I’m about half-way through right now and I’ve learned so many amazing tools and techniques to help my patients.

One of the most powerful skills that I’ve learned is the ability to explain pain to my patients.

This is important information and needs to be shared! Over the next few weeks, I’ll be making some posts to clarify pain, especially chronic pain.

What is FRC you ask?

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a mobility training program based on scientific principals and research. This program will compliment my current treatments and greatly enhance the health and longevity of my clients (especially your joints). In the coming months, I'll be incorporating many aspects of FRC into your treatments!
