We’re in the middle of the Fire 24 near our home in Colorado. And in the waiting, I keep coming back to gratitude — for safety, for community, for the reminder that life is right now. I haven’t felt this present in a long time.

There’s something ancient and honest about fire. It doesn’t apologize for transformation. Neither should we.
