Michelle graduated in 2009 from The Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy with 1,150 hours of education and is certified in IANMT, sports, hot stone, prenatal, trigger point, deep tissue, and Swedish. Michelle only uses organic/hypoallergenic oils. Since 2001, she has been a certified personal trainer, yoga and mat pilates instructor.
