Welcoming Ezra has changed everything.

Raising him has recalibrated every single priority that I have. Celebrating him is the greatest joy of my life. Being called mama by his tiny voice is the best sound I’ve ever heard.

April dump before the clock strikes midnight

(I know, I know, it’s technically in the eight o’clock hour. Humor me 😜)

It’s branding photoshoot week over here, and honestly… might as well tell the high school student council version of me that it’s Spirit Week all over again 😂

Outfits are picked, hair and makeup appointments are on the books, and my entire team and I are saying prayers and casting spells over our skin to be glowing and clear for our photoshoot this week!

Today is the MOST special day over here on Colorado Ave- today we have the special privilege of raising our glasses and celebrating ONE YEAR of having the fabulous .doeshair on my team!

I think I spent the first few months sounding like a broken record to Dani about what a DREAM her transition onboarding was. Dani is kind, helpful, talented, and eager for growth. You can plop her in any social setting, and watch the people that surround her start to feel more comfortable. Her year with us has been marked by explosive growth, backroom laughs, all of us swooning over her gorgeous media skills, and truly- the most natural transition of her into and onto this team.

Dani- what a treat it is to have you here. Our first year has flown by, and felt like it was just meant to be all along. Thank you for the privilege of letting L+L be your hair home!
