April's Wellness With Purpose

Giving my bouquets a little refresh today 🌸✨ Cleaning out the dead flowers, trimming the stems, and replacing the water with fresh 6.0 pH in hopes these beauties last a little longer 💐🤍 It’s the little things that make all the difference sometimes.

Finally gave my succulents a home.🏠🌿
Used all the suggestions provided by my friends and family.

🌿Bought two sturdy pots with holes underneath to allow the water to drain

🌿Re-planted them in soil specifically for succulents

🌿Clipped off the dead leaves of my little green one

🌿Using the 6.0pH water from my machine

🌿Keeping them on my balcony where the morning sun hits

The little green one is still thriving. I have hope these will continue to last. Thank you all for the suggestions! They are super helpful 🤍🙏

Cleaning my jewelry with JUST water 👀✨

Over time, jewelry collects:
• oils from our skin
• lotions & perfumes
• dirt and residue
• tarnish from air exposure

As it soaked in 2.5pH, tiny bubbles started forming around the silver plating that helped loosen the grime sitting on the surface 💧

No harsh chemicals.
No intense scrubbing.
Just letting the water do its thing 🤯

Despite the fact that this type of oxidative silver plating is meant to make the necklace look antique and a little worn, the before & after shine was so awesome to see ✨

Definitely want to try this on actual silver jewelery next! 💍

Day 2. Succulents have been out in the sun.🌞

Keeping them on a table on my balcony that gets really good morning sun (suggested by someone who says they like the morning sun).

Seems like this little one is growing back, but should I trim the dead leaves? Someone else suggested this, but I'm literally afraid to touch it....cause I think I'll kill it. 🙈

Or I'm just being way too cautious...idk. I'm determined to keep these ones going for a long time.

I'll be buying terracotta pots for them so the roots have more room to grow....I just need to get to the store and I've been working, but I will do that this weekend!

One of my succulents has definitely seen better days lately 🪴🥲
So I decided to experiment a little…

I’m going to start watering it with Kangen Beauty Water 💧✨
Since it’s slightly acidic, I’m curious to see if it helps revive it and bring some life back into those little leaves 🌱

I’ve been learning how different types of water can affect not just our bodies, but also plants, skin, produce, and more… and it’s been very fascinating.

So this is your official “before” video 👀
Now we wait and see what happens.

Such a special weekend visiting OKC, and uncle Cory got to finally meet Beckham for the first time too🥰. Our hearts are so full. So thankful to have taken time away from our busy lives to be with family. It's always short lived, but I'm glad we are all much closer now. These moments will be cherished forever in my heart. One thing I’ve learned… you’re not meant to do life alone.

Who you surround yourself with matters more than you think.

Having a strong community of like-minded believers. People who will pray for you, encourage you, speak truth over you, and advocate for you when no one else will, can change everything.

On the days you feel stuck, discouraged, or unsure…
they remind you who you are and where you’re going.

If you’ve been feeling stuck lately, take a look at who’s around you.

The right community doesn’t just support you… they help you grow.

There was a time I questioned what my purpose really was…

But through working in healthcare, especially after renewing my faith, it’s become so much clearer.

I’m called to serve.

To care for others.
To show up.
To make an impact in whatever way I can.

And what’s been really meaningful is realizing that this doesn’t just apply to one area of my life.

Even the business I’ve stepped into aligns with that same purpose.

It may look different, but at the core of it all…
it’s still about serving.🌿
