What is glacier mud?

Rejuvenating Glacier Mud from Keep Me Safe is sustainably sourced from Eastern Europe. This part of the world is known for the superior quality and mineral content of mud from its ancient, freshwater glacial lakes. Mud treatments have been hailed in societies around the world for centuries for their healing, detoxifying, and beautifying benefits. Mud is one of nature's most potent anti-inflammatory agents. I've been using this saying a lot lately!!! In my cycle class it's all about pushing yourself to the edge of your comfort zone, breaking away from the norm, and pushing hard. I always remind everyone of this as they are struggling up that final hill of the day... challenges are what's creating the change. If you stick with what you are used to and what's easy and comfortable you will stay exactly where you are.
