Life has been crazy...too crazy, but I'm hanging in there. Just might get some soaping done later this week, a freezer accident necessitated the rendering of some bear fat today, so I foresee a Bear Tallow soap in my near future

Back at it and packing up an order, she cleaned me out of my bronco spirit bars....time to make more

Its never fun putting production on hold, but sometimes you gotta just rearrange the workspace....and that sometimes is going on today....Happy day!

New soap...its pure castile, no addatives...unfortunately it overheated, and tried to crawl out of the mold, and some of the bars have a bit of a heat tunnel, so those will be personal use, BUT....cool side affect of the overheating....some of the bars look like horses! How cool is that?

I just got my Lavender Essential Oil Restock (12 ounces)....and Potassium Hydroxide for Liquid Soap!!

This is what I made tonight! The blue will turn purple and I'm hoping the pink will lighten up a bit...can't wait to cut it open and see the inside, should be quite interesting because I used 2 different design techniques...and it's scented with Lavender

this is my Great Cakes Challenge entry. its a 1lb soap with a Love Letter used for the impression mat. my attempt to use mica was a fail, not complete fail, but mica everywhere and not just on the lettering....this soap was my second attempt and I do like how it turned out, using only 2 colors for a drop swirl and scented with Bay Rum & Leather (for my lovely Hubbs)

Ok, so its been way too long since I've made a soap, so guess what....its SOAPING time...I'm making tonights soap as my first attempt at Great Cakes December Challenge using an impression mat that just came in the mail today. I'm very excited about it, but also anxious becuase I've also decided to use a Fragrance combo I've not used before....Fingers crossed it doesn't accellerate or seize on me.
