Since I’ve been off social media I’ve been really focusing on my physical and mental health. I’ve been going to the gym 5 days a week, doing Zumba, yoga and weight training. I’ve been fueling my body with good foods. Drinking water like a fish. Meditating. Journaling. Reading a book before bed instead of binging tv. I feel like I’m in a much better place.
