NEW GLUTEN, DAIRY & OAT FREE Halloween Lucky Charm’s marshmallows at ?! YES PLEASSSE. 😍
Would love to hear from my fellow celiacs if you eat regular Lucky Charms cereal without issues — or if you feel safest with a hack like this!
Technically, yes, Lucky Charms Cereal is naturally gluten free. 👉 HOWEVER, Lucky Charms doesn’t use gluten free oats and instead sifts them apart from the other grains. They do test for gluten in several stages, but I’ve had some iffy experiences in the past.
So I’m personally excited to enjoy some authentic Lucky Charms marshmallows with my fave gf oat free cereals. 😍 And if you can tolerate Certified GF oats, has a pretty good Lucky Charms knockoff cereal too! 🫶

I vividly remember how AWKWARD going over to friends’ or boyfriends’ houses became after I couldn’t just eat anything their parents offered. 🫠 And it still makes me feel like a burden sometimes.
BUT it makes me EVEN MORE grateful for people like this. 🫶 And every celiac deserves to experience this kind of love and care too. 🥹

Gluten & Oat Free Mac and cheese is usually $15-18 in my area 😳 so OF COURSE I had to stock up at when it was $9 off‼️
And it REALLY IS sooooo creamy with perfect al dente gluten free pasta that holds up SUPER WELL in the oven. 😋
