Sauna60

This year marks 6 years of having our Finnish sauna here at Blue Star. It has been, and continues to be, a rewarding and fulfilling journey.

The Good Health Confluence is just two weeks away! Did you know you can opt to stay at Blue Star and make this a little mini retreat for yourself? If you buy your tickets prior to Wednesday, the 17th, you will be entered into a raffle that has not one but THREE winners! You stand a chance to win an extra ticket for your friend, AND one of three bonus gifts. You might be the lucky winner of a one night stay at a Zome at Blue Star, or you may be awarded access to community sauna for 6 months, or you may be the lucky winner of free entry to the tea ceremonies and freedom dances lead by Saoirse.

Tell your friends, get your tickets and come enjoy all that this weekend has to offer!

Join us for this exciting fall event! I will be presenting on all things Sauna and traditional Finnish healing modalities. Let me know what you would be curious about!

I am joining Velvet Touch Reflexology at the Whitefish Farmer’s Market this summer! We will be there on Tuesdays from 5-7:30PM. I will be offering peat treatments for your feet and hands and of course you can get a fabulous 15 minute reflexology session with Velvet. Come get some TLC and walk away feeling renewed!

And - Our NEW peat shipment has FINALLY arrived!!! Contact us to book your private session, friends’ peat sauna, bachelorette (or any other) party and let us plan a custom sauna session with cold plunges, treatments, refreshments and old Finnish healing traditions! We offer an authentically Finnish facility complete with showers (of course!), changing/rest area, cold plunges, a private back deck with a fire pit, an adjacent sauna boutique, and seasonal access to our outdoor kitchen and a community fire pit.

See you on the sauna benches or in the park!
