Mommy's Craft Basket

For coming to market and saying hi.
For a bar of soap that turned into regular visits.
For the joy of watching your children grow (and have opinions!)
For the inquiries about the now adult whose existence created a brand.

And most of all, for the support of my small business. Because of you, it was a record-setting season for the Craft Basket.

I know you have other options, and I am so grateful that you chose me and mine!

Last week of the 2026 season! We are at St. Luke Farmers Market until 1!

The days are getting shorter, and the season is coming to a close.

I’m fully stocked and at St. Luke Farmers Market until 1 today!

Did you know I lived in Scotland for a few years in my twenties?

The Scots word for days like today is *dreich*. Misty, chilly, and generally … well, dreich.

St. Luke Farmers Market happens rain or shine, and we are here until 1!

The last of the gift collections for this season!

Come, Gather is giving me major early December vibes. The days are short, the insane baking and party going is in overdrive and calories do not count until January!

As with all collections, this is available at my farmers markets until season end, and will be available on the website after October 3!

This was yesterday’s efforts.

I’m really loving the collections I’m putting together with 2 oz candle tins from candlescience. The box is perfect for gifting or shipping (thanks flushpackaging!) and will be available at St. Luke Farmers Market and the Big Red Barn Farmers Market.

After October 3, all three (!) collections will be available on my website.

Working on the Harvest and Hearth Sampler box. It’s raining (huzzah!) and chilly (meh!) but my kitchen smells like a warm hug.

Do you have a friend you want to get coffee with but can’t because… well…life?

This new sample pack is the perfect way to tell them that. Six 2 oz candle tins featuring some of my favorite themed scents.

This will be available at farmers’ markets through the end of the season, and via the website after October 3.

$30 without the bow, $35 with (swipe to check that look out!)

Good morning! It’s a beautiful autumn day in St. Paul! I’m at the St. Luke Farmers Market today until 1.

Do you see something new in amongst the old favorites??

I realize I haven’t shared my story in a while, and lots of you know me from my Farmers’ Market life.

The they who know things say “you are your brand”. But using my name, which a couple of younger celebrities share, in my business seems wrong. I’ve been a “school mom” to my students, a “pet mom” to our critters, and finally “Mama” to my daughter.

I’ve always made things, and I’ve come to understand that my very neurodivergent brain requires constant variety. Maker life suits the way I work.
