It’s the time of year that everyone wants pumpkin spice.
I like pumpkin spice myself, but I wanted something a bit different.
This is my sweet potato pound cake ya’ll!!!😊❤️
I used sweet potato butter by Four Oaks Farm in the batter along with Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and ginger. Finished up the batter with toasted chopped pecans.
The frosting/glaze is butter/cream cheese with maple syrup and the same spices I used in the batter.
This cake is delicious!! It has a lighter flavor than pumpkin but definitely worth a try😊

Double chocolate cheesecake with a brownie crust!😊. Yum!!!
I thought it would be a good idea to use white and dark chocolate in this cheesecake but I wanted to see the layers.
The crust is a thin, chewy brownie with white and milk chocolate chips.
The layers are simply white chocolate and dark chocolate combined with cheesecake.
I gently layered the white chocolate over the top of the dark…. And there you have it!
Creamy, decadent double chocolate cheesecake.

Oatmeal Cream Pie Cheesecake!
I have made this before, it’s always a favorite 😊❤️
I break up Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pies and add them to my cheesecake batter.
The crust is a oatmeal cookie crust.
Such a great combination!

Caramel espresso cheesecake😋😊
I blend part of the cheesecake batter with a thick caramel sauce and reserve a small portion of the cheesecake batter and added instant espresso to the batter.
I gently layer the espresso batter over the caramel and smooth it out with an offset spatula. Bake at 325f for 40 mins and turn the oven off and let sit for another 20 minutes in the oven to cool .
I always use a knife to loosen the cake before putting it in the fridge (this helps to stop the cracking)
Awesome flavor! My daughter says it tasted like a caramel iced coffee 😊❤️

It’s time for a Nutella and Ferrero Rocher cheesecake 😊
I stated with a plain cheesecake and a graham cracker crust. I wanted to be able to taste the Nutella and have a little bit of crunch from the Ferrero. So I placed half of my cheesecake batter in the pan topped it with the crushed Ferrero candy then added a layer of Nutella.
After that I put the rest of the cheesecake over the filling and swirled some of the Nutella on the top.
The cheesecake and the hazelnut flavor go so well together.❤️
In the past I would pour the Nutella in the cheesecake batter but it didn’t have that nice contrast of flavors.
This not only gave that nice hazelnut flavor it looked really good too!

Strawberry shortcake cheesecake. I love little Debbie strawberry shortcake rolls
So I decided to do a cheesecake that incorporated those lovely rolls.
First I made fresh strawberry jam and blended it in the cheesecake, then I added chopped Little Debbie strawberry rolls. I made a strawberry cake for the base and added some of the strawberry jam to give the cake extra flavor.
Very creamy and it had that nice strawberry flavor.

Probably some of the best biscuits I’ve ever made😊
I used White Lily Flour and their recipe.
The recipe had me melt the butter and add it to a cup of buttermilk, then place it in the freezer for 20 mins.
So much easier! The biscuits stayed tender and they were delicious!❤️😊
I also made sure to sift the flour and I added just a touch more baking powder and baking soda.
Make sure to preheat your cast iron😊
