to a lash tech that was just filling her lashes in just like that! I had to remove them & start fresh. I’m seeing more and more dirty lashes lately. It is so important to keep them clean to avoid any eye infections from the build up of bacteria 🦠 this can lead to lash mites , eye infections , weak natural lashes!

🌟Dirt & oils also create a barrier between the glue and your lashes, it also breaks down the bonds in the glue which affects your retention.

Esto puede provocar ácaros de las pestañas, infecciones oculares y pestañas naturales débiles! La suciedad y los aceites también crean una barrera entre el pegamento y las pestañas, y también rompen los enlaces del pegamento, lo que afecta su retención.

This is Alaina at Twisted Shears and Day Spa. With holidays and lots of events around the corner, I just wanted to reach out to everybody on policies I have been very lenient with the no calls, no shows & canceling very last minute. unless we have made an agreement or communicated about your appointment because I completely understand stuff happen unexpectedly or personal reasons or an emergency. It happens to all of us. I also have been informed that I have a very few clients saying I'm not getting back to them on rebooking or calls, when I have screenshots of recalling and texting those clients back. After the 2nd time canceling/rebooking and/or if did not show up for your appointment. I will start to get a nonrefundable deposit and you will not be able to book unless you pay the deposit or the last minute cancellation fee. If a client still doesn’t follow the following I will have to put them on a no longer accepting list. I hope that this does not affect your future business with me. I feel so bad that I have to be more strict because I’m a very understanding person. Please understand that I appreciate your time and business but I also appreciate all my clients that want to book but couldn't because of time blocked off for that cancellation and rebooking slot. If you call and I don't answer please leave me a voicemail or call the salon number and one of stylists will leave me a message that you have called or send me a text message. Most of the time I may be with a client that paid for that time. Your call is important to me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your business.
