🌿 Body Check-In: Is Your Jaw Trying to Tell You Something?

Do you ever... • Wake up with a sore jaw? • Catch yourself clenching your teeth throughout the day? • Notice clicking or popping when you chew or yawn? • Deal with tension headaches or facial tightness?

These are all common signs that your jaw muscles may be holding more tension than you realize.

One technique I may incorporate into a treatment session, when appropriate and with your consent, is intraoral massage. It allows me to gently address muscles inside the mouth that can't always be reached from the outside.

Your comfort is always my priority. I'll explain the technique beforehand, answer any questions, and gloves are worn throughout the treatment.
