If you are more than 15 mins late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded. You will have to pay another deposit to secure another appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Washed (Clean) hair is preferred. If a wash is needed $10 will be added to your total or appointment will be canceled and deposit is not refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS!
