🌿 Cupping: Supporting the Body’s Natural Reset 🌿
Cupping is an ancient therapeutic practice that has been used across cultures for generations. By creating gentle suction on the skin, cupping may encourage local blood flow, promote relaxation, and support the body’s natural recovery processes.

From a wellness perspective, many people describe cupping as feeling like a reset — a chance to slow down, release physical tension, and reconnect with the body.

✨ While cupping is sometimes described as a “detox,” it’s important to understand that your liver and kidneys are responsible for filtering and eliminating metabolic waste. Cupping doesn’t replace those natural systems. Instead, it may complement overall wellness by supporting circulation, relaxation, and the body’s own ability to restore balance.

There’s also something beautifully spiritual about the practice: sometimes healing begins with simply pausing, becoming present, and allowing the body space to breathe and release.

🌙 Honor the body. Calm the nervous system. Create space for restoration.

Cupping can be one part of a holistic approach to caring for yourself — mind, body, and spirit. 💫
