I’m currently on 2mg and started in December 2023.

On the left I was at my heaviest in 2021 at 425lbs. I would track my calories and get below 400. Losing that initial weight would give me confidence so I would have cheat days more and more often to the point of not tracking anymore. I would binge and eat very unhealthy foods almost everyday. I floated around 400-405 most of my adult life. Ozempic has helped me keep things at bay and I’ve even figured what foods to avoid to keep my stomach happy. It’s been a slow burn, but I have been very grateful. Everyone’s stories on here are an inspiration. I’m not close to my goal yet but I’m going to keep exercising and tracking my calories. 2 months on Ozempic

I been on Ozempic since Jan. 24th and took my first dose of 1mg last Wednesday, however i’ve lost 20 pounds since I first started!! I have PCOS and have been on metformin since 2021 and have been 355-358 pounds since then with not a single change, I weighed myself last night at 338!! So i’m super excited and wanted to share with people who understand the journey i’m on! I don’t notice much of a physical difference yet (my pants are a little easier to pull up) but i wanted to include pictures anyways same outfit the first from Nov 23 and the second from today!

Mounjaro in the UK. Having to switch over due to Wegovy shortages

Was put on 2.4mg of Wegovy by my Endocronologist, but I was never able to start on it since the UK has chronic shortages of Wegovy. So my Endo kindly decided to switch me over to Mounjaro. Starting on 2.5mg as it is a GLP-1 antagonist as well as a GIP antagonist.
