Saturday morning vibes started slow. ☀️
I finally had the chance to take my first Pilates class at Pilates Studio and I’m so glad I did. Working on my feet all day and constantly hunching over my treatment bed definitely takes a toll on my back.
This class helped me stretch, strengthen, and target muscles I didn’t even realize needed attention. Feeling so good after class, and I already can’t wait for the next one!

The top photo shows a skin barrier that is extremely dehydrated from overusing drying products, resulting in increased inflammation and irritation.
The bottom photo shows healthier, happier skin. While there is still some inflammation present, our priority was to heal and strengthen the skin barrier before aggressively treating the inflammation and non-inflamed acne.
Healthy skin heals better. ✨ Barrier repair first, then correction.
