Total Balance is a safe, professional environment to receive a therapeutic massage from a licensed therapist.
Total Balance cares about the health and safety of all clients. With the recent outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus) I ask that if you feel ill, have a fever, a cough or even a runny nose or have been around anyone that is sick, that you reschedule your appointment for a few weeks out. I am also taking extra precautions by wiping down and sanitizing high touch surfaces more often. Also if you have traveled by air and/or to an area (specifically a county) that has positive cases of COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment a couple weeks out.

Sara Bernuth is a licensed massage therapist that has been practicing in the Columbia area for over 23 years and is one of only a few certified massage mentors in the state of Missouri. She is also a former teacher at Columbia Area Career Center massage school. She specializes in Swedish, Deep tissue and Prenatal massage.
