From Barre classes to strengthen and shape your body, to Yoga classes designed to reduce stress, relieve pain and increase strength, Haven offers a class perfectly suited to fit your needs. Haven TRX is the ideal mix of support and mobility to simultaneously train strength, balance, endurance, coordination and core stability using your body weight with suspension straps.
