At Honeybee Waxing Boutique LLC, we are committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment for both our employees and clients. I was recently made aware of social media posts from a former employee that has made false and damaging statements about my business.

I take these matters seriously, as they not only harm my reputation but also the hard work and dedication of the individuals who contribute to our success every day. My goal has always been to foster a professional workplace where open communication and mutual respect are valued, and I remain committed to those principles.

While I respect the right of individuals to express their opinions, I feel I must clarify that the views expressed in these posts do not reflect the values or experiences shared by the other members of our team both current and former. I regret that our working relationship did not end on the best terms, but I cannot and will not tolerate disrespect shown to myself or any of my employees in any form from customers or employees. I will continue to wish this individual success in their future endeavors but there is no place for them or this type of unprofessional behavior on our team.
