Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our clients at The Hair Lounge Salon, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-call/no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service as a cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of management.
