Souly Designs

I’m a Star Seller on Etsy this month! That means you can purchase from my Etsy shop knowing I have a record of providing an excellent customer experience. https://soulydesigns.etsy.com

My favorite part of owning a small business is when I get to go that extra mile for my customers.

A recent purchaser of mine shared a personal loss with me in the notes of her order. Her message to me was compassionate, vulnerable, and resonated with me as I had a similar loss recently.

I wish I could go extra for everyone but that’s not realistic; however in this instance it was important of me to do so. I included an extra gift and wrote a personal message to them.

That’s my thing, connecting with people.

Got this beautiful Ocean Jasper Triceratops in and I couldn’t wait to share him. He is even more incredible in person 😍😍
