Life can be so overwhelming at times. Especially when dealing with physical and emotional pain from past hurt, anxiety and depression, that seems to paralyze you or focusing so far ahead into the future (thinking and planning, planning and thinking) and yet trying to manage and achieve so much, from daily responsibilities with home and work.. minimal to major tasks.. random hiccups.. trying to juggle it all.. and all while dealing with our own inner selves from self doubt, negative self talk, trying to heal.. and the list goes on. STOP! Just breath. Sometimes we have to focus on the step just in front of us. Then after that, the next step… then after that, the next step. Before you know it you’ll win the second, the minute, the hour, and the day. Give yourself grace today (and everyday) Sis and just win the day! Happy Monday y’all! 💕
