To every survivor, everyone currently facing breast cancer, and those carrying the memory of someone they love: we see you, we honor you, and you are not alone.
At Lizabelly Medspa and Calmaia Minds Health & Wellness, we stand with the breast cancer community this October and throughout the year.
In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Lizabelly Medspa is offering our Pink IV Drip featuring B12 and amino acids for $125 throughout October 🎀
This is a wellness promotion, not a breast cancer treatment or prevention service. Eligibility requires a clinical assessment; anyone receiving cancer treatment should obtain clearance from their oncology team.

🌴 A FRIENDLY VACATION REMINDER! ✈️
To our wonderful clients,
As previously announced on our website, we will be taking a much needed vacation from September 24 through October 1, 2026.
While our office will be closed, Cydnie, our Medical Assistant/Chronic Care Manager, will remain available to answer phone calls during our designated phone hours of 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we take this time to rest, recharge, and return refreshed and ready to care for you!

There’s a vision and then there are the people who help bring that vision to life 💛
This is my team. My girls. The power push behind Calmaia Minds Health & Wellness and Lizabelly IV Hydration & Med Spa.
We’ve had to learn, adjust, regroup, figure things out, and keep pushing but one thing I’m incredibly grateful for is the way we do it together.
The communication between us has been amazing. We support each other, encourage each other, laugh together, problem solve together, and every single day we’re working to make these businesses better for the patients and communities we serve.
💛 Cindy — our Chronic Care Manager/Medical Assistant, helping keep our patients cared for and things moving behind the scenes.
💛 Latrice — our Office Manager, helping hold the operations together and keeping us organized and on track.
💛 And me, Dee — CEO, visionary, dreamer and sometimes the one coming up with another idea for everybody to figure out 😂🤣
We may not have everything perfectly figured out yet, but we are putting the pieces together one day, one patient, one challenge, and one win at a time.
I appreciate these women more than they know. Thank you for believing in the vision, for working hard, and for continuing to push alongside me 💛✨
Last Saturday EVER working in the spa and clinic 🙌🏽🥹
When I started my business, I worked seven days a week because I had to. In 2025, I went down to six days. In 2026, I went down to five and now I’m officially working four days a week!
Transitioning from a cash-based medical spa into an insurance-based primary care and mental health practice was not easy. That journey deserves an entire conversation of its own! But through every trial, sacrifice, and difficult moment, I kept going.
Now I get to do what I love across primary care, mental health, and spa life and still have three days off each week.
My full weekends are officially back, and I couldn’t be more thankful. Cheers to growth, balance, and this beautiful new season 🥂✨

As our practices continue to grow, we are making a few adjustments to our hours of operation. These new hours will allow us to continue providing the personalized, attentive care you deserve while creating a schedule that allows our team to serve you at our best 🧡🩷
Beginning September 20, 2026, our new hours will be:
Monday: Limited hours • Telehealth by appointment only
Tuesday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM – 8 PM
Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Friday: 10 AM – 4 PM
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
We truly appreciate your continued trust, support, and understanding as we make this transition. We look forward to continuing to care for you 🦋
